VISUAL-EU Winter School: Week 2 in Full Flow 🚀
Tuesday, 16 December 2025 — Warsaw
Week two is in full swing, and this week Dr. Bożena Iwanowska and I are leading the final sessions with our students. Today we focused on the last-mile details for their visual EU projects:
• turning EU procedures into clear institutional maps (who decides what, when, and how) 🗺️
• tightening storyboards for case studies on EU values in action (problem → evidence → visual → takeaway) 🎬
• evidence-first fact-checking and citation hygiene for every chart and claim 🔎
• accessibility by design (plain language, captions, alt text, contrast, WCAG basics) ♿️
• ethical iconography & data sourcing, plus a simple dissemination plan for campus/community rollout 📣
Next up: peer-review swaps, final polish, and showcase day. Proud of this cohort—their visuals are crisp, honest, and genuinely useful. 🙌
