Open, visual and practice-oriented European Studies

The VISUAL-EU programme helps learners interpret, visualise and communicate European Union policies, values and initiatives through interdisciplinary study, practical assignments and digital storytelling.

Programme structure

Four interdisciplinary modules

Each module connects European Studies with visual communication and active citizenship. The focus areas below define the planned scope of the structured training package.

Module 01

EU Governance & Decision-Making Processes

Understand how EU institutions, procedures and levels of government work together through visual maps and practical policy examples.

A structured training package

The project’s training package is designed to combine clear explanations with resources that learners and educators can use in class, online and in community settings.

Blended delivery

In-person workshops are combined with digital learning through the VISUAL-EU Hub.

Tested in practice

Materials are pilot-tested with VIZJA University students and faculty, with feedback informing improvements.
