VISUAL-EU is led by an interdisciplinary team at VIZJA University in Warsaw. Each academic leads one learning module; together, the team develops the VISUAL-EU Hub, delivers the Winter and Summer Schools, conducts research and shares the project’s results.

A VIZJA University Professor in the Faculty of Humanities and Fine Arts, Yan Kapranov provides the project’s academic and strategic leadership. His expertise connects European Studies, multilingual and digital education, corpus linguistics and the coordination of EU-funded initiatives.

Independent scrutiny throughout the project
VISUAL-EU’s external experts provide independent monitoring and evaluation across the project’s 36-month duration. Their role is to test the strength of the evidence, identify risks and turn findings into practical recommendations for quality, impact and sustainability.

From framework design to final external evaluation
Together, the experts review evidence and deliverables, participate in steering and annual reviews, and provide concise recommendations that support timely improvement and long-term uptake.
